Invitation to the 2024 Eid Al-Adha gathering

Dear Esteemed Community Members,

Assalamu Alaikum,

It brings us great pleasure to invite you to join us in our celebration of the 2024 Eid Al-Adha gathering. We have chosen a beautiful setting for our gathering, Bowness Park - Site 5, and are eager to welcome you on Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
 

Our carefully planned itinerary for the Eid Al-Adha Fest promises a day of joyous activities, Insha'Allah:

- Engaging children's entertainment, encompassing a variety of delightful games such as soccer, tag, bouncy castle and other surprises.
- A spirited Pétanque tournament.
- A delightful BBQ lunch.

Here is a glimpse at our scrumptious menu, set to be served at approximately 1:30 PM:

Adult meal:
- Two beef burgers
- Soft drink

Kids/youth meal:
- Beef burger
- Soft drink

We warmly welcome families and guests to share their traditional Eid sweets as part of the communal feast.

For those interested, here are the event admission fees (per guest):

Advance Payment (via e-transfer):
- Adults (14+): $15
- Kids/youth (6 - 13): $10
- Children 5 and under: Free

At the door:
- Adults (14+): $20
- Kids/youth (6 - 13): $15
